This month’s 50 Creative Pieces! 🌟

✨ As part of our 50th Anniversary celebrations, we're inviting our community to help create 50 Creative Pieces.

Whether it's a poem, a photograph, a drawing, a painting, a song, a piece of creative writing, or any other artistic creation, we'd love to see what inspires you.

You can leave your artwork at the Prentice Centre reception, marked for Johanna, and it will become part of our Prentice Centre exhibition.

Alternatively, you can send us your pictures, messages, or share what you have created this month by emailing: communications@actiongroup.org.uk

If you're happy for it to be displayed more widely, we'd also love to include it in our 50th Anniversary exhibition at the Wee Museum in Ocean Terminal this October.

🌱 50 Seeds for the Future

Thank you to everyone who came along to our 50 Seeds Monthly Challenge — it was so much fun spending time together, doing some planting while listening to The Greatest Showman, which we thought was the perfect soundtrack to give our plants the best possible start! 🌱🎶

A huge thank you as well to The City of Edinburgh Council and their Edinburgh Thriving Green Spaces Project for supporting us as we celebrated TAG’s 50th Anniversary. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together, learn new planting skills, and enjoy time with one another.

We had a fantastic variety of 50 different seeds, and together we planted at least 240 seeds including vegetables, herbs, and flowers. We can’t wait to see them grow and come to life in the courtyard at the Prentice Centre. 🌼🥕🌿

This year, TAG is celebrating 50 years of community, connection & support — and we want to celebrate with all of you.

To mark our special milestone, we’ve put together a series of fun and inclusive “50 for 50” challenges throughout the year. Each month brings something new to help us connect, celebrate and take part — no matter where we are.

We hope you have as much joy taking part as we’ve had coming up with ideas to celebrate with you 💛
